Somewhat at a loss for words, I want to share with you this little collection of stationery I designed for Terrain. I've lately been inspired by book cover illustrations from the 1940's, this collection draws from that inspiration a bit, I think. It made me happy to illustrate snippets from some of my favorite holiday tunes, and happier still to work with the wonderful, inspiring folks at Terrain. It was a dream project for me, and I'm already looking forward to the possibilities of another collaboration in 2013! I hope you love them. You can find them online and, if you're lucky enough to live nearby, in their gorgeous shops in Glen Mills, PA and Westport, CT.
I'm packing up and heading out for a visit to Terrain this weekend (first stop: picking up this amazing lady). I've so been looking forward to exploring all of Terrain's gorgeous holiday offerings.
Tomorrow they're throwing a Holiday Open House to launch all of their holiday wares, including my collection of Holiday Carol Stationery made exclusively for Terrain! I'll be at the Glen Mills store saying hello to folks from 3-4. If you're in the area, and plan to visit the open house, I'd love to meet you and say hello!
I'll be back next week with photos from my Austin trip to FELIZ, a recap of my trip to Terrain - including photos of my new card designs, and the launch of a little holiday collection of holiday prints, stationery, decals, and stamps in my shop!
