happy monday!

the weekend was spent behind my laptop, mostly. i'm so excited to show you all that's in the works! betsy and i are having a great time working on our calendar and a few other goodies we have in the works. i have something else in the works too, which i get to tell you about soon, but for now my hands are tied. mums the word!

lots more to do in the studio today, but first an unexpected breakfast date with family, a treat! i'm craving oatmeal. oh, and later after a few hours of sewing, a tea break with one of my favorite people (seen here with the blue shoes). monday is shaping up quite nicely!

in other news, i'm thinking of switching back to blogger to save a bit of money. i'm starting to think all that i've been spending could be better spent on supplies. the economy in crisis is prompting me to find ways to create a little more breathing room. have any of you been thinking the same thing?

lastly, there's no better season. fall, i'm still madly in love with you. madly.
