ringing out, ringing in

Hello, friends.

I want to wish you all a heartfelt happy new year, and best wishes for all that's to come as we turn the page towards 2013. It's been a joy to share my adventures with you this year. I'm so grateful for all of you who continue to visit this space, though post are at times sparse, and mostly geared towards shop news (something on my list to change up in 2013). I have a feeling I'll return with a longer post in the coming days, as time allows for reflection on all that this past year has offered and all that I hope is to come. 

For now, I'm still in the midst of holiday celebration as my little sister and her husband are visiting from California. Today will be our Christmas celebration! Lots of time in the kitchen and time at the scrabble board, too, I hope. Favorite things and favorite people - a perfect way ring out the year, and welcome the next.

A quick note: today is the last day to purchase anything in my shop until February 1st. I'll be taking a little shop break for the month of January as I take some time to rest and plan for the new year.

Hi, friends!
Popping in quickly to let all of you Bay Area folks know that this weekend my friends Lynn and Teresa are hosting a beautiful pop-up shop at Makeshift Society in San Fran, it's called Kindred. The group of makers they've pulled together for this special event is just magic, I only wish I could attend! I hope, if you're nearby, that you'll stop in and have a look!

I"m off to finish up the remainder of our holiday order shipping, such a cheerful project. I love thinking about the recipients of all these words of love and kindness. So good.

new holiday things!

A sampling of what's in store...
I'm pretty giddy that my little holiday shop has finally opened. I've so been looking forward to sharing this collection with you, some of my favorite stationery designs yet. I can't get enough of these little bows!

New offerings this season include two limited edition holiday prints (sealed with wax & twine), four new holiday card designs (plus a couple favorites from last year), my Words Well Loved 2013 seasonal calendar, two favorite holiday decals from last year and one bright and shining new one! I hope you'll find something you love.
